For many years I've had a passion for anything patisserie. This passion then went on to baking and gave me great pleasure when being apart of someone's special day. 

Emily's cake company focuses on flavour and the experience people have when tasting one of my cakes. Creativity and design is immensely important in what I do, which ensures every cake is completely unique especially when designing a dream cake. It needs to be visual but also appealing when cutting into a light and fluffy sponge with a filling packed full of flavour.
